   Sylvia Park

The Innotech Maxim controllers were used throughout the southern precinct of Sylvia
Park, The controllers were used for the control of the operation of the Air Conditioning
System, Energy Management and Load Shedding. The Smart Control Logic installed
with the controllers ensures the maximum energy efficiency of the installed system while
obtaining the maximum occupant comfort within the occupied space at Sylvia Park.

There were a number of different controller models that were used depending on the
application for which the controller was required. For example, the Minimax controllers
were used in the TPA AC units due to the small footprint size of the controllers, which
enabled the controllers to be installed within the AC units without the need for any extra
   mounting enclosures.

   Countdown Huntly

The lighting control system at Countdown Huntly was designed to achieve the max energy
efficiency through the smart control logic that makes use of the available natural light levels
within the store, hence the lighting levels within the different zones throughout the store are
adjusted automatically according to the available amount of light. The system makes use of
the dimmable metal halide lamps that allows the dimming of the light levels as needed within
   the zone.

   Warehouse Stationery Manukau

The Air Conditioning and Lighting control systems at Warehouse Stationery Manukau were
designed by Control Concepts Ltd, the control logic ensured that the two systems operated
coherently in order to achieve the maximum energy efficiency at the store.

The lighting control system was specifically designed to meet the requested light levels
within the store, this was achieved through the use of the smart control logic installed within
the Innotech controls in addition to the use of the E-POD dimmable metal halide light
fittings. The control system ensured the use of the available natural lights within the store in
order to achieve the maximum energy efficiency while meeting the clients lighting
   specifications.

The Air Conditioning control system was specifically designed to meet the maximum
occupant comfort within the store. The system takes advantage of the use of the digital
controls at the zone level and the logging of data. The information gathered through the
logged data enables an effective management of the HVAC system. The logged data can be
viewed through the simple access of the HMI (Human Machine Interface) Viewport which
enables the store management and any service personnel to have an overall diagnostic of the
   operation of system.

   Tower Building Wellington

The Air Conditioning system at the Tower Heritage Building was designed to accommodate
the design specifications that required the minimum disturbance to the building. The design
specifications were meet through the use of the Spinwave wireless sensors, which minimised
the disturbance to the building due to the eliminated need of any wires for the connection of
the temperature sensors to the Air Conditioning System.

The Australian Discount Group (The Warehouse)

The Siemens Citec control systems that were used in the Air Conditioning and Lighting
control systems at the Warehouse stores throughout Australia are replaced with the Innotech
Controls, which are installed with the Smart Control Logic that enables the coherent
operation of the Lighting and Air Conditioning systems. The smart control logic and the
coherent operation of the two systems is aimed at achieving the maximum energy efficiency
while optaining the maximum occupant comfort within the stores.

   Place Makers Thames

The Lighting and Air Conditioning control systems were designed by Control Concepts Ltd.
The coherent operation and the control logic that was installed within the controllers enabled
the systems to achieve the maximum energy efficency and occupant comfort.

The operation of the lighting system is based on a time based control and on the available
amount of natural light within the space. The lighting control system is not only limited to
the cotrol of the lights within the store but also it controls the exterior lights such as signage
lights, canopy lights and carpark lights.
